Hilary Burke is a board-certified clinical pharmacist, healthcare leader, and educator with more than 15 years of experience transforming pharmacy services, leading clinical organizations, and building high-performing teams across nationally recognized health systems.
Throughout her career, Hilary has worked at the intersection of clinical care, pharmacy operations, and business strategy—developing innovative programs that improve patient outcomes while strengthening operational and financial performance. She brings a deep understanding of the realities facing pharmacists and pharmacy organizations, as well as the complex dynamics that shape today’s healthcare ecosystem.
As CEO of Steady State Alliance, Hilary is focused on creating a stronger, more sustainable pharmacy ecosystem—one where pharmacies can capture greater value, manufacturers can engage more effectively, and the resources flowing through the system ultimately support better care for patients. Her leadership is grounded in a simple belief: when the pharmacy ecosystem works better, everyone it serves has the opportunity to be healthier and stronger.

Michael Burke is a healthcare and pharmacy executive with more than two decades of leadership experience across Walmart, CVS Health, and Walgreens. Throughout his career, he has led multi-billion-dollar businesses, overseen more than $50 billion in annual pharmaceutical purchasing, negotiated complex enterprise agreements, and developed strategies that create measurable financial and operational value.
As Chief Partnerships & Strategy Officer of Steady State Alliance, Michael focuses on building strategic relationships across the pharmacy and pharmaceutical ecosystem and developing innovative models that enable pharmacies and manufacturers to create greater value together. His experience navigating the commercial, operational, and economic realities of pharmacy gives him a unique perspective on the opportunities to build a stronger, more sustainable ecosystem.
A Doctor of Pharmacy and MBA, Michael combines deep industry expertise, commercial acumen, analytical rigor, and practical execution. He is passionate about challenging conventional approaches, finding new ways to unlock value, and building partnerships that move healthcare forward. His leadership and innovation have been recognized with honors including Walmart’s Sam M. Walton Entrepreneur of the Year and Drug Store News Pharmacy Innovator of the Year.
